We're committed to providing a balanced gaming experience for everyone. Cheating, exploitation, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

Welcome to our community! These Community Guidelines outline the standards of conduct we expect from all our players to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment.

By participating in our games and interacting with our community on social media, you agree to follow these rules. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of your account, as well as the forfeiture of any virtual items, such as points, badges, characters, or other in-game assets. We may update these guidelines from time to time, so please check back regularly.

Fair Play Commitment

We strive to provide a balanced gaming experience for everyone. We have a zero-tolerance policy for cheating, exploitation, or any abusive behavior. If we detect manipulation of game progress or mechanics, we will take immediate corrective action against the responsible accounts.

Social Media & Community Standards

While our games do not feature in-game chat or teams, we value our community's interactions on our official social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, and YouTube. We also expect integrity regarding the Leaderboard IDs (your pseudonymized identifier) displayed within our games.

Prohibited Conduct

When commenting on our social media pages or selecting your leaderboard identity, strictly forbidden behaviors include:

  • Hate Speech & Discrimination: Any language that promotes racism, bigotry, or prejudice.
  • Harassment: Bullying, stalking, or targeted personal attacks against other players or our staff.
  • Violent Content: Using threatening language or inciting physical harm or illegal acts.
  • Sensitive Topics: Encouraging self-harm, suicide, or any unlawful activities.
  • Inappropriate Material: Posting sexually explicit, vulgar, or offensive content in comments.
  • Solicitation & Spam: Advertising, scamming, or repetitive commercial messaging.
  • Privacy Violations: We prioritize a pseudonymous community experience. While we strongly discourage sharing your own personal details, you are strictly prohibited from disclosing the personal data or real-world identities of other players. Any attempt to associate another user's Leaderboard ID with their real name or personal information is considered a violation.

Enforcement

Violating these standards may lead to:

  1. Hidden or deleted comments on our social media pages.
  2. Being blocked from our official social media accounts.
  3. Permanent bans from our games and the removal of your ID from our Leaderboards.

Integrity & Anti-Cheating

Cheating undermines the spirit of competition and the hard work of our players. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Reverse Engineering: Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our games to understand or manipulate level progression or internal mechanics.
  • Progress Manipulation: Using unauthorized methods or third-party tools to cheat level passes, skip progression, or artificially inflate point collections.
  • Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs or server-side vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage on the leaderboard.

We actively monitor for suspicious activity and will ban players who compromise game integrity or attempt to subvert our systems.

How to Report Concerns

If you suspect another player is cheating or witness inappropriate behavior on our social media pages, please contact us. For in-game concerns, navigate to the Support section and use the Contact Us button. When reporting, please include:

  • The player's Leaderboard ID.
  • Evidence or descriptions of the behavior (such as screenshots).

Account Safety & Transactions

Protect your account and your data. Be wary of websites or social media posts promising "free" points, badges, or characters. These are often scams designed to steal your personal information. Please report such claims to info@chalcedonx.com.

Important: We do not authorize any third-party platforms to sell in-game items or currency. All legitimate progress must occur directly within the game.
